3 Smoothies For Weight Loss Meal Prep

So let’s jump in. Hello dudes, today I am super excited to share 3 vegan smoothie recipes for weight loss specifically, all under $2 per serving and you can make each in maximum 2 minutes which is perfect for meal prep.

The first one is a blueberry smoothie which is full in antioxidants and also perfect for keto diet. Add 1 frozen sliced medium size banana, 1 cup frozen blueberry, 1/2 an avocado, half a tea spoon cinnamon which is totally optional, 1 table spoon chia seed, 1 table spoon hemp seed, 1 table spoon fiber which makes you feel full and perfect for weight loss, 1 table spoon pure almond butter, and 2 small dates to add a little sweetness.

By the way, you can use artificial sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit instead if you wish. 1 tea spoon MCT oil which is a very healthy fat and perfect for weight loss, and finally 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of chilled green tea. Blend them all in your blender for 30 seconds and you are done!

Pour your smoothie bottle with this beautiful refreshing blueberry smoothie, garnish it with a couple of blueberries or whatever you want, give it a try for safety reason and enjoy. The cost for this smoothie is about $1.58; that’s awesome. The second one is a coffee chocolate smoothie which increases your body’s metabolism and help you in your lose weight journey.

Add 1 frozen sliced medium size banana, 1/2 an avocado, 1 table spoon espresso powder or instant coffee, 1 table spoon cocoa powder, and by the way you don’t have to use both, 1 table spoon hemp seed, 1 table spoon chia seed, half a tea spoon cinnamon which is totally optional, 2 small dates, 1 table spoon fiber, 1 scoop plant-based protein shake, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1 tea spoon MCT oil. Blend them all in your blender for 30 seconds and if you realized it is too thick, add 1/2 cup coconut water and you are done! Pour your smoothie bottle, garnish it with something, give it a try and be happy for the rest of your life.

Add 1 frozen sliced medium size banana, a hand full of kale and spinach, 1 medium cucumber, 1/2 an avocado, juice of 1 lime or lemon, 1 table spoon hemp seed, 1 table spoon chia seed, half a tea spoon cinnamon which is optional, 2 small dates, 1 table spoon fiber, 1 table spoon pure almond butter, 1 tea spoon MCT oil and finally 1 and 1/2 cup of green tea.

Blend them all in your blender for 30 seconds and you are done! Pour your smoothie bottle, garnish it with something, give it a try and enjoy this refreshing smoothie.
